If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed I love smoothies! I pretty much have one every day.
They’re delicious, easy to make, and there’s smoothie recipes for every taste.
I’m a Tone It Up girl, which also means I love Tone It Up Nutrition protein powder.
There’s so many different flavors to choose from and I love every single one of them.
I will say, my favorite has to be the Vanilla + Greens protein. I love that it has the vanilla taste but it’s also packed with greens like kale and broccoli so you get added benefits.
Below I’m sharing my top 5 smoothie recipes featuring Tone It Up Nutrition protein powder.
You don’t have to add the protein powder but I prefer it that way to fuel my body after my workouts.

Greens & Berries
This is by far the smoothie I drink the most. I’m a huge fan of berries and their antioxidant properties, plus I get a good serving of greens with the Vanilla + Greens protein powder.
A lot of people have asked me on Instagram if you can taste the greens on the protein powder and to be completely honest, not at all!
It tastes just like the vanilla protein powder. It does look green, but I promise you will not taste veggies on it.

Orange Pineapple Dream
When Tone It Up launched the Vitamin C + Collagen I knew I had to add it to my smoothies.

Mango is my absolute favorite fruit so I obviously have to have a smoothie recipe with mangos.
Much like the peach smoothie, and honestly all the ones above, the mango smoothie is so easy to make!
It’s also incredibly delicious and perfect for summer (though it’s always summer in Miami).
