When life gives you lemons, you make raspberry lemon donuts, right?
I was never really a fan of donuts, but after trying Tone It Up donuts I was sold. The best part? They’re healthy and filling!
TIU donuts are a meal prep staple. From pumpkin, chocolate, matcha, and vanilla, I’ve tried them all.
Since I’ve loved all of them, I decided I wanted to try giving it my own twist.
The below recipe was inspired by the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan. I’m a huge fan of raspberry lemon flavored foods and wanted to try it on my donuts.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine all ingredients for the donuts in a bowl and mix well.
- Place mix evenly in a donut pan and bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- While the donuts are cooking, make the filling. Place the frozen raspberries in a small pan over medium heat and mash them until they're all melted.
- Add the lemon juice, chia seeds, and maple syrup and cook until it's well mixed. Let it cool off for a few minutes before adding it in a bowl with the greek yogurt.
- Once the raspberry lemon mix and yogurt have been combined, place in freezer for 3-5 minutes so it thickens.
- When the donuts have cooled off, gently add the lemon raspberry topping and smooth it around the entire donut.
- Enjoy as breakfast or morning snack!
