I don’t know about you but I am obsessed with cinnamon and all fruits!
After making Tone It Up’s cinnamon pancakes and topping them with apples, I decided I needed to experiment with that combination.
Enter this cinnamon apple overnight oats recipe!
Honestly it is so easy to make and so delicious I think I’m adding it as a regular on my meal prepping!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop TIU Cinnamon Roll protein
- 1 scoop TIU collagen
- 2 tsp cinnamon + extra for apples
- 1 gala apple
- 2 Tbsp organic apple juice

Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Slowly add wet ingredients except the apple juice and continue mixing.
- Dice the apple into small pieces and place in a pan on medium-low heat. Add the apple juice and cinnamon to taste. Cook until apples are tender and juice has absorbed.
- Let the oat mix set in the fridge over night and top with the apples prior to eating. Enjoy!
