I am a huge fan of fruits. The actual fruit, fruit-flavored desserts, fruit drinks, you name it. I’m also a big fan of dark chocolate. And you know what I love even more? Dark chocolate covered fruits! Genius, right? Lately I was on a dessert-making kick and of course I had to start by trying out different no added sugar chocolate covered fruits. From bananas to strawberries, these are the perfect quick, simple, and delicious mini desserts.
First up I’m sharing these chocolate covered peanut butter filled banana slices. They’re so easy to make and truly the perfect post-meal treat! They keep well in the freezer after a few days though honestly I recommend eating them the first day. Plus, they’re so yummy you won’t be able to contain yourself!
